In July 2004, Fountain Civil Engineering became a leader in the industry in terms of black economic empowerment with the sale of 30% of the shares to our Marketing Director, Dumisa Dlatu.

We have embraced and supported the Governments initiatives and desires to see more black contractors effectively empowered within our industry and we have now implemented firm procurement policies and procedures such that we are able to claim full points on our scorecard in this category.

With our entrepreneurial flair and the move to use Public Private Partnerships (PPP's) we will add value to the construction industry, and our team of professionals who have the necessary skills and experience will rise to meet this challenge.
