With the safety of our employees being of paramount importance, the Directors of the company have pledged their support and warrant that they will do everything necessary and take every precaution to uphold the company safety record and implement all rules and regulations to ensure the safety of every stakeholder associated with our business.

To date, we pride ourselves with having an exemplary Safety record with only one serious incident. Every site has a SHE Rep together with the necessary safety procedures, equipment and statutory requirements. All our site managers have been trained according to the latest requirements of the OHS Act. Toolbox talks are held on a daily basis as are machine safety inspections. Monthly audits were implemented on some of our sites in July 2007 and the balance in February 2008.

Our Safety Officer ensures that all staff are kept up to date with the latest courses and requirments of the Act. The Safety Officer conducts all Monthly Audits on each site and periodically attends the site toolbox talks. It is also the Safety Officers responsibility to mentor and assist the Site Managers to set up the Site Safety files and records and ensures that all documentation is 100% compliant with the codes. The Safety Officer reports directly to the Construction Director and the Managing Director. A policy of strict disciplinary action for offending parties is appllied.
